It was my 4th visit to this salon and once again it didn't fail me. Callum was fantastic stylist. Today was the first time I trued a balayage and to lighten up my hair (I always had dark hair because I was scared if I lighten up it won't suit me) he listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and showed him pictures and then he suggested to me some colours that will suit my skin tone. I am really thankful for taking away that fear of changing my hair. My hair is so perfect I can't thank him enough also the hair cut is perfect my hair is so light and soft. I have so difficult hair and he was pacient enough. Michael Franks is the only salon I really trust to do my hair. Thank you very much I feel so perfect with my new style. Thank you Callum for you are an artist. I will be back again in 8 weeks for my toner and another haircut. Keep up the good work. Once again thank you so much
