Amazing first time experience with Chelsea at Michael Franks. After 6 months of being a tad scared of having my hair cut due to the lockdown, I felt so relaxed. My hair looks amazing, had many compliments so far. Booked again to make sure my look doesn’t go away! Thanks again xxx

I’ve been to this salon 3 times and every time I have a great experience. I only went in for a trim, but Thomas was great understanding exactly what I wanted and delivering it. Plus, we had a great chat, which is always nice! All the covid regulations were respected and I still felt like I received a full service.
