Chelsea was lovely and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it even though I was kind of vague explaining it - she just knew what would look good! All really covid safe and a nice friendly atmosphere. So happy with my hair, thank you!

I had fantastic service at Michael Franks. Kate C was so friendly and gave me a lovely cut and blow dry, I couldn’t have asked for better! Fab experience as ever- will be rebooking soon! :)
