Not what I expected or asked for, despite showing photographs of cut/ colour I wanted. Hairdresser tried to rectify colour when I said I was unhappy with colour but after nearly 5 hours in hairdressers I knew that there wasn’t a lot more that could be done in the same sitting. I still paid full price to honour the fact that hairdresser had worked on my hair all afternoon. I will be getting the colour rectified elsewhere.

Anna is exceptional! She delivers exactly what you want nail-wise, is full of advice and great suggestions of what to try next. Since I started using Anna in September for my nails last year, I’ve not used anyone else.
