When I arrived I was seen to straight away without delay. Staff were polite and welcoming & refreshments were offered. It was my first time having a keratin treatment and the end result considering I having Afro hair was really good. I no longer have to use lots of expensive creams, lotions or oil to manage my hair. As a result my hair actually feels and looks healthy. The frizz is seriously reduced and no more knots. I can now wash and dry my hair in 30mins. Before hand it use to take over an hour.
