Very good, the hairdresser listened to me to try to define what haircut exactly I wanted. A bit pricy but very good overall.

Was the first time I had been to the Rope walks salon and although it was very roomy felt it felt a little bare although the waiting area was very comfy and had lots of magazines to read. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Hairdresser was really nice, listened to what I wanted and checked I was happy as we went along. Was offered a choice of drinks and given a little cake too! Would definitely recommend.
