Gorgeous blow dry, Kate is so lovely always does a lovely job! Only issue was that upon booking the treatment said £12.50 and on the booking receipt it also said that amount. After the treatment I was charged £25 only realised properly when I checked my bank, although I do realise it was a genuine mistake and I can’t fault the salon at all!

Overall a disappointing experience.
This was my first time having my make up done professionally. I said as much to the MUA (Anna?), admitting I am not girly and know very little about make up but wanted to make an effort for a friends birthday.
I don’t feel she was very patient with me and when I said I wasn’t sure what lip colour I wanted, she said “well, you SHOULD know.” I would have imagined your job would be to guide me through this process, in the same way a bookseller recommends books, or a car salesman recommends cars...
The make up overall initially looked nice. However I was very disappointed to realise after leaving the establishment that the lashes on one eye were facing downwards, making my eyes appear lopsided both in person and photographs. The MUA didn’t point this out to me and neither did the staff at the counter when I paid. I had to remove the lashes and this left big gaps in the eyeliner, which I had to fix myself. Very sad to pay to have make up done only to apply much of it yourself later due to error.

Anna was so nice and professional and I love my nails! The only negative thing is morning appointments are not available with her during the week as I called the shop few times to book, that’s a bit difficult for people like me who start work in the afternoon. Hope it get sorted soon. xx
