Good atmosphere and excellent customer service. Hair wash was excellent and great blow dry, definitely planning on returning.

Usual at michael franks, beautiful customer service. Always offer cake, wasnt very happy with my Blowdry by a particular employee but usually they’re great. Maybe she didn’t understand what I wanted. Will be back for other employees very satisfied with
