I have thick hair and was told he only gets 45 min so felt he was rushing to meet the deadline I have my hair straight and after blow dry never bothered to use straighteners I came out of there looking worse than I went in so I had to snatch it back in ponytail

Great last minute appointment. Lovely cut and blow wave done exactly as I had discussed with her recommendations. Friendly and polite. Salon was quiet but to be expected and they are very thorough with Covid protocols.
