Good for last minute appointment. my hairdresser was nice & looked decent at the time, unfortunately the problems have come after I’ve washed and blowdried myself. Left with heavy chunks at the sides and didn’t feel like a fresh cut, the cutting technique left my hair looking fluffy which I’ve never had before. Had to book a with my usual salon to get a new cut, so disappointing considering the price. Customer service/atmosphere was okay but not up to par with a lot of Liverpool salons
