My stylist was lovely but there was definitely a language barrier, and I could feel from the start that I couldn't explain what I wanted in a way she'd understand. I wanted very scattered highlights at my root so that my hair could grow out more naturally, and I wanted short bangs cut. I got just regular highlights (nice colour) but just a very harsh line to my root which I was trying to avoid. I decided to skip the cut as the colour wasn't what I wanted. I don't mind too much but a pity.

I got lots of compliments on my makeup which was done by Sian. It stayed on all day and looked really nice. I have had bad experiences with getting my makeup done at other places in the past but Sian did mine exactly the way I liked it which was a more natural soft glam look. I would definitely revisit again.

Chellsi did such an amazing job on my hair. My curl tends to fall out halfway through the day but they stayed all day I was so impressed. She was really friendly and chatty throughout. I will definitely book again.
