My stylist was lovely but there was definitely a language barrier, and I could feel from the start that I couldn't explain what I wanted in a way she'd understand. I wanted very scattered highlights at my root so that my hair could grow out more naturally, and I wanted short bangs cut. I got just regular highlights (nice colour) but just a very harsh line to my root which I was trying to avoid. I decided to skip the cut as the colour wasn't what I wanted. I don't mind too much but a pity.
