Got haircut here and it’s uneven on both sides and back, both completely different lengths. Tried to call multiple times, text and even email to get it sorted but no one picks up the phone or replies back. Disappointed considering prior good service.

Staff were really helpful and accommodating when I accidentally turned up for my appointment a day early. They managed to reschedule me for that afternoon. Elena was lovely and did I great job on my hair! Would definitely recommend!
