Sian was absolutely amazing and listened to all of my requests! She gave me the haircut I wanted even when I was really nervous for such a big change. I would absolutely recommend Michael Franks and Sian specifically as a stylist! I had an exceptional experience and will be returning!

Amazing haircut and Blowdry however I’m baffled as to why I still have to pay £50 for a colour on my hair when I’ve already prepaid £90 for cut and colour anyway I can cancel my appointment and gave a refund please as I’ll find somewhere cheaper
