This was my second visit to the salon, like last time it was excellent. Thomas is lovely,great at putting people at ease and listens to what you want. I have long fine hair that has a habit of doing what it wants, yet he styles it perfectly each time

Callum is a great hair dresser. He is very quick and confident and I always leave with my hair looking nice, and stylish. He listens to what you want and will support you in making choices. I feel it’s hard to find good hairdressers. I’ve been going to Michael Franks for years because they are a really good and competent team.
