I was greeted by Callum.. very friendly.. pleasant and polite. took my coat, asked if I would like a drink. great service! my stylist Samuel.. very chatty.. made me feel at ease.. gave me his expert advice and also listened to what I asked for. already booked in for another appointment.

Colouring left a stripe of colour on my forehead and they asked me to remove it myself. I had a meeting that day and I had to run my forehead to get rid of the paint.
Other than that I’m happy.

First time in salon so really nervous but Sam made me feel at ease straight away. Listened and advised me and left with the haircut I wanted.
I am hoping to make it my regular place.
