Showed a picture of a caramel/blonde balayage that was previously done in this salon, and came out with black/red hair. After 3 attempts to ‘fix’ the hairdressers admitted error, both me and my mother were left in tears at the mess they had left my hair in. From black/red to bright orange hair he then bleached highlights to leave my hair orange, brown, black and yellow. Absolute disgrace and would never recommend. You do not expect to leave a hair salon in tears. Offered for me to come back the next day to ‘fix’ my hair again, but after the 3 attempts they already did, my hair was ruined! They also tried to charge me for this catastrophe whilst I was crying my eyes out after spending 7 hours in the salon to still leave with five different colours in my hair. Stylist was the meant to be the senior stylist.
