Really pleased with my cut and colour at Michael Franks. Staff were lovely and friendly and the salon is gorgeous. Very attentive staff always asking did I need anything, a drinkOlivia who was very friendly, did my colour, she was very knowledgable and gave great advice and Im made up with the clour. Callum did the cut and blow, again very friendly, lovely cut and blow. Really felt that I looked like I had been the hairdressers when I walked out. Location could not be better to be honest. The Albert Dock is one of my fave places in Liverpool and sitting getting your hair done looking out onto it was just perfect. 10/10 from me.

Quick, efficient and friendly. I booked a last minute appointment, booking made and blow dry done all within an hour and a half. Staff really friendly and a great view of the waterfront!
