I am really happy with my cut and colour. The price through Treatwell was really good value. But I am really glad I didn't play full price. I was left in my chair with my colour in for a VERY long time while nearly all staff took a break. It sounded like a fun time in the back room. Too bad I wasn't invited. The salon was also small, loud and not very clean. I was ultimately shopping around for a new stylist and salon. I am not sure if the stylist I had wasn't very interested in retaining me because I used Treatwell and got a good deal, but I got a weird vibe. I wasn't invited to come back when I left, so I won't. It's too bad. I usually tip my stylist but definitely didn't feel the need to this time.

Good friendly welcome. Stylist was attentive and checked regularly if I was happy with what he proposed to do. Could have done with less product on my hair but was pleased with the result . Being able to get such a great discount for a last minute booking is really good.
