Took advantage of a last-minute deal on Treatwell and couldn't be more pleased with my experience! Aimee was lovely, confident and attentive. The haircut is spot on. Music was a bit on the loud side however.

Very pleasant staff / attentive and polite . Lovely cup of coffee and cake offered as soon as I went it . Lovely head massage when conditioning.

1st time user of treatwell, it as easy to use/book wirh lots of recommendations listed chose Michael Frank's as near to the hotel I was staying at. Staff excellent giving advice on were to go to eat etc. Really pleased with the treatment will definitely book the next time I'm in Liverpool
