I have been to this salon 3 times now and would go more often if I lived local. Chelsea was very professional just enough chat but very knowledgeable and I went from having shoulder length hair to bottom of my neck and I am very happy with it

Booked in for a cut and blow, and the time a lot given was 45 minutes. I did question this as I have long hair but was told it would be fine. I asked for layers and was not given any and also after 45 minutes my hair was still being dried. My appointment ended up being 30 minutes longer than expected and I was very aware of the person sat waiting and I felt as if my hairdressers was clock watching and that ended up making me feel rushed and that my hair wasnt being taken care of. For £50 for a cut and blow dry I do expect time and care to be taken. The staff were very polite and the atmosphere was nice, I’m not disputing this, but I would definitely change the timings since a long hair cut and blow does not take the same amount of time as short hair even though they are given the same allowance.
