Great experience start to finish, was greeted politely by my name when entering before even needing to confirm I had a booking. I was asked to take a seat, offered a drink and brought a complimentary Victoria sponge which was a nice touch! Chelsea took the time to ask how I wanted my hair before starting, was very thorough and took a great deal of time and attention to ensuring I had a great haircut, consulting me throughout. Best haircut I’ve had in a long time! Will definitely be back!

Oliwia was so friendly and professional. She did exactly what I asked her to do and cut the small amount off the bottom. She did a great job layering the front of my hair and was a perfectionist. She gave me a few hair tips.
The lady on reception was also great. Made the perfect coffee and I even got a lovely Victoria sponge cake.
I want one of those Michael Frank cups! Haha
