Overall was a fairly good experience attentive staff only issue I had was over the cost as I’m on a low budget I booked last minute the cost was £20 on line good deal chelsea said it should be £32 because of length of hair which was a short bob ie lob that was the only issue I had other than that it was satisfactory mrs sung.

Really friendly staff who gave lots of ideas to help with my hair as I wasn’t too sure what was best. They knew a lot about the products, great for someone who fancies a change!
