Love coming here! I never leave with that awful 'what have I done?' feeling and always love my hair afterwards! The team are so lovely and really listen to what you say. I'm never stuck for an appointment either.

Always a pleasure to go to Michael Franks. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Harry was very professional and as usual my pixie cut is fabulous. Great place to visit and be pampered.
