I turned up at the Wood Street salon instead of the Liverpool One salon, and the receptionist kindly changed my booking to save me having to rush through town. Robert gave me a great haircut and was so interesting to chat with. He is one of those life-enhancing people one is glad to encounter and an asset to the salon. I had have two haircuts at Michael Frank (by Harry and Robert) and was delighted with both.

Absolutley amazing service as always at Michael franks. My curly blow was very bouncy and lasted for day’s. Came out of there feeling like a new woman.
