Booked my appointment on the same day which was a really great price, on a Saturday too!
I explained to my stylist Chelsea that I didn’t know what I wanted but Chelsea made different suggestions about what extra bits she could do, and I felt like I trusted her to do whatever she felt would suit me! I had my hair washed (nice head massage too), then once cutting my hair Chelsea kept ensuring the length was okay for me (which was reassuring). Really relaxing, and got a lovely cake with my cuppa!

I come here all the time myself and love it brought my son he's been once before to. Ropewalks booked a men's wash and cut he has autism and enjoyed Michael Frank's. Last time so I didn't mind paying more than.an average boys haircut for a 13 year old. Was slightly disappointed that even though he paid full adults price he wasn't offered a drink while everyone around him was drinking alcohol. Was it too much to Offer him water he'd have prob refused but just seemed like he wasn't as Importantt
