Couldn’t have asked more from a salon. The hair stylist Thomas was courteous, professional and listened to what I wanted whilst guiding me with suggestions. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the service and was really happy with the results

Brilliant experience for my first hair appointment in Liverpool. Shannon was lovely and although I’d come in with an idea of what I wanted she guided me towards the best choice and I was very happy with the outcome. Great views of the ducks too. Salon is a little dated and could do with some TLC but cannot daily the service - thank you, would recommend and will definitely go back

Was happy with the result at first, but then realized that my hair was burnt (from the coloring). Called the salon to ask them to cut the burnt bits, which they did + gave me a hair product for free. I later discovered that some parts were still very damaged. Called to book another haircut and was told that the manager would call me back. It has been 2 months and I still haven't heard back! If it was my salon I would offer a refund (or to fix it) because, let's face it, they have ruined my hair!
