Anna is great at what she does and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the process. As she was applying my makeup she ensured that I was happy with each stage before moving on. Anna has done my makeup a few times now and has exceeded my expectations every time.

Had the best shampoo by Sian. If I was a cat I would have purred, so relaxing and my hair felt angel soft after. She listened to what I wanted and tidied up my lockdown hair that I'd been hacking at. Loved the cut and blow, felt a million dollars afterwards
