Really happy with the cut I got from Kate. She checked in with me about what I wanted throughout the session and listened to what I wanted for the look. Happy with the results even when it was a bit out of my comfort zone.

I went for a blowdry at the end of the day - I wasn't offered a drink and the staff where clearly rushing to finish for the day. The only question the stylist asked me was if I lived on my own which was a weird assumption lol. I would not go here again not a great experience at all
