I have had a lot of sports massages in my time so I think I'm qualified to know when I get a good one. Michael was excellent. The right balance of pressure on the right muscle groups. Followed up by a very thoughtful discussion on mobility exercises to focus on and improve my posture. I have already booked my next session.
