Hollywood was advertised as hot wax but strip wax was used. Appointment was late but this was due to lack of communication from wahanda to the therapist.

The place was a bit small and dark, but did not feel uncomfortable at any point. The staff that welcomed me was extremely nice and available to help. Service and pricing is on point. Would definitely go again for another treatment.
