The woman who did my treatment was lovely. She was very friendly and this contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. Felt my legs were a bit rushed in comparison to the bikini wax. A few hairs were left after the bikini wax which can be expected I guess but off the ones that were taken off it has been nearly four weeks of smoothness.

Very professional staff, Charmaine knows whats she's doing and is extremely friendly, we had a lovely chat. Don't expect a spa experience though, the place is not very swanky.

Best wax I've had in a while, felt relaxed even though the treatment is never a nice thing! Not the swankiest of places, but the staff friendliness made up for it!
Dorothy is by far the best hair dresser and beautician I have ever had. I am so pleased with my hair, it feels amazing and the cut is perfect, she also gives you beauty advice to follow at home, as well as entertaining and easy conversation.. My manicure and pedicure were also the best I have had. Usually I go to Rush in Oxford Circus and pay £150 for a cut and treatment and never leave feeling like it was worth the money or like the stylist cared. Dorothy offers great prices with the best customer service. Thank you for spending so much time on me and doing such a good job. This will be my go to salon from now on. Chantelle x
