Booked and paid for Brazilian sugar wax, got strip wax which should have been £5 cheaper. Disappointing that she didn't know/prepare for the treatment I'd booked, though I'm partly to blame as I was shy about saying that wasn't what I'd booked (though nobody checked). I also assume that as these things have to be heated up/prepped in advance if I'd have said that it wasn't what I'd booked my options would have been pretty limited for what to do about it anyway. Charmaine was lovely, wax was good, much less painful than I've had before. Room was spacious but decor/ambience lacking. I would say you get what you pay for but in my case I didn't!!
