where do I start... this place is weird! It's called a health club but it looks nothing like it. I was made to wait 15minutes after my appointment in a room full of threadmills facing a wall and a TV blasting formula 1 as well as very loud workout type of music - it smelled really bad too! the lady who did my waxing-as other reviews said- was VERY chatty, I mean, she didn't stop talking and told me the story of her and her entire family's lives...I appreciate some people like distraction while getting waxed but I personally want to get it done asap. This was the problem, she was too focused on chatting and didn't pay attention to what she was doing. The "treatment" lasted over 2 hours, and at 11.15pm I was so tired and didn't check it properly ...the next day I noticed lots of patches of hair left untouched on my legs. Terrible!!!
