Charmaine was great, she is very chatty and I did spend more time there than I needed to. She has a nice way about her. Charmaine was knowledgeable about electrolysis. The venue doesn't look great from the outside and the waiting area is sat behind treadmills but the treatment room clean and a good size. The person manning the reception was lovely and welcoming. I'll visit again.
