Nail tech was so rude to me. He responded rudely when I asked for extensions with Biab. He did a bad job of my nails. They are uneven, Biab is bubbling, not flat. I asked for THIN French tip, its not thin. He was rude when I tried to explain what I wanted. He then charged me £10 for extensions - anywhere else I’ve been it has been £5 for any amount of extensions - rip off. One of my extensions is sore, and feels like it will fall off. I have a wedding next week disappointed. RUDE

Very reliable. Nails always look great, and they’re always so polite. Highly recommend! They also still offer their loyalty card stamp even if paid through Treatwell.
