I love this place and the finish is immaculate but this is the second time in a row I’ve had a chip within a week. Not sure what’s changed (maybe it’s me!)

I'm not sure what has been done, perhaps cuticles cut too low but the skin around my fingernail beds have not stopped pealing since I got my nails done! It's very sore and looks terrible! I'd like a call back and a form of refund.
