I went to get my nails done and the manicurist informed me that what I'd paid for via treatwell - which was the £25 manicure - only included one colour for every nail, no designs or anything on top, and if I wanted to get extra I should have called in advance + paid £5/finger. The store felt cold and the employees were indifferent. In the end, the gel nail varnish began to peel off 2-3 days after I got them done. I feel very disappointed by them as gel manicures usually last me up to 3 weeks.

I booked for my daughter and I to have manicures as a treat before a day in London. The therapists were wonderful and made sure we sat together and took a lot of time to check that my daughter was happy. The frozen nail art was brilliant and she was thrilled. My French manicure was great and the therapist carefully checked I was happy with the end result. A great experience we will be back!
