I had my nails started by a man (not sure if it was Harry who I actually booked) who was brilliant but then he handed me over to a lady who did an ok job, but she did end up cutting me by accident and making me bleed! I think I have to be more assertive with who does my nails when I go in there, otherwise its just pot luck who you get regardless of who you request.
