I booked on the treatwell app at 12pm on the 4th of September for a same day appointment at 4pm. My card was charged £55 but the appointment was not in my bookings nor did I receive a confirmation email. I only got an error on the booking page.On the FAQs, it said that this amount, being a pending transaction, would not be taken. However, Ihave now received a confirmation email at 10am 5th of September (18hrs after appointment was booked). This is ridiculous and I hope to get a full refund.

Efficient and pleasant enough. Smiley staff and pedicure was fine. Venue needs sprucing up, paintwork and upholstery and clean of the floor etc.

Lovely experience and speedy! My shellac manicure was in a fab atmosphere - loads of colours on offer and done in 25 minutes! I will definitely return.

I absolutely loved my experience with Mia Nails.My nails look fantastic and they also managed to fit me in last minute for a much neded pedicure. Will definitely be going back!
