Booked biab gel nails at this salon. The first time they let me choose from coloured bases from ‘the gel bottle’ but the second time they said they only do clear gel bc the coloured ones did not work. Even though it’s the same brand & the coloured biab gel worked perfectly for me. Also, biab nails are supposed to be builded (thicker layer not just a thin layer) Please watch this video https://youtu.be/a5awPfhg9zc on how to do it. I will give you one more chance for biab nails but do it correctly

She did my nails wonky, and then switchef over with another nail tech when i went to wash my hands... ig she found me rude but honestly i just wanted even nails! I loved the first time i came here i was withthis guy who really tried to make my nails perfect, I won't be coming back
