I used to come regularly to this saloon as the technician usually taking care of me was brilliant! This time I had someone different at the same level of technicality, but nothing to compare! They were hardheaded, inattentive, and ironic especially when I pointed on the nail corners not been taken away! I had to point my cuticles couple of time as well and didn’t get the warm towel wrap as I usually get within the same service! My experience this time was sloppy, and unsatisfying!
