I went in with a pretty severe break across my thumb nail. Staff explained that the best way to fix it would be to reinforce it with dipping powder which would be £5 extra per nail (I had a break on another nail so had 2 nails dipped) they worked quickly and competently and advised on a base colour when I chose a sheer colour for my whole mani. After fixing the 2 broken nails and removing the gel I had that was growing out I got a completely fresh set and felt great.
