I recently visited Mia Bella for the first time and had the pleasure of working with Roxanna. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Roxanna has such a calming presence, and her attention to detail made all the difference. She took the time to understand my needs and tailored the session perfectly. The results were beyond my expectations—my hair and scalp feel amazing, and I left feeling truly refreshed. Highly recommend Roxanna

I was kept waiting for half an hour as the treatment room was being used by another staff member. As I had other commitments I was unable to have my full treatment of 90 minutes at £75 and instead only a 60 minute treatment. I did receive a partial refund of £15 the next day but I didn’t consider this value for money. Jenny, the massage therapist was fantastic and very apologetic, and the treatment I had was excellent. She is not at fault here. I would return to her if she worked elsewhere.
