I had the best treatment ever, I couldn't have asked for better, Roxanne was excellent and would certainly recommend her to family & friends, went in feeling a bit down & went out a different person, can't wait for my next session, staff were all very friendly, also place was spotless, I loved every bit of my pamper day, thank you Roxanne ❤️❤️❤️

Quiet quiet, would be nice to have some background music on. And facilities maybe a little older/tired looking. Rosie was great, she made me feel very comfortable, and clearly experienced.

I’ve had biab nails 3 times now at this salon and really love the finish. Same thing with my eyebrow wax and tint. End up with a great shape & natural colour just how I like!

The BIAB application itself was good, but I was disappointed with the nail art. I asked for one star on each nail, but the stars were uneven and did not resemble the reference.
Nail polish got on my hands and around the sides of my nails- they did try to get it off but some still remained. The first hand was acceptable, still not what I had hoped for, but the second was noticeably worse with the technician rushing. I did ask for some stars to be corrected but they were not really improved.
