Really lovely workers, but I wasn't satisfied with my experience given the cost. I had acrylic removal and a fresh set applied. The removal went great, and the nail tech was very thorough. Nonetheless, when it came to the reapplication, I was handed over to another member of staff, who was lovely, but did a poor job. My nails were left lumpy and different lengths. This also took 2 hours 45 minutes, which made it even more agitating. For £38 reapplication, I would expect a much better service.
