A bit crammed and loud and rushed - and I didn’t get to have a proper consultation. The lady took a lot of initiative. I asked for a straight cut and no shape, but in the end the thinning scissors came out and I got a shaped bob anyway.

Gave me completely the wrong hair colour, even though I’d last had my colour done at this exact salon. If they weren’t sure what I’d had done last time, why didn’t they just ask me rather than guess? Will now have to pay to have it corrected at another salon.
