Although double-booked on the day by mistake, Manuel explained to me the situation and saw me after a short wait, so I didn’t mind as these things happen sometimes.
I’m not used to / experienced with facials but he seemed very experienced and professional, and I trusted him and felt relaxed in-spite of the microneedles! And I’m very happy with the result. Will definitely be coming again!
