Staff always welcoming and friendly. My facial treatment was excellent but sometimes disturbed by therapist needing to answer the phone or customers distracting him with questions etc. But overall, very good.

The treatment was great but I wish they apply the cream before the treatment. They asked me to pick the cream up and apply at home and come back again after 1 hour which was quite strange..
