The staff were REALLY lovely- really friendly and welcoming
I had a trainee doing my treatment - she was really lovely but I would of preferred having a qualified person doing it as I don’t feel I got the full experience for my money too
Extraction was charged separately as well as skin care products which we didn’t know about - I used wowcher and didn’t get the same treatments as described (chemical peel)
Would refer to a friend as was nice and calming.

Small shop but lovely inside. Staff were very nice one trainee who was a little nervous but she was good - couldn’t have the microdermabrasion as my skin is bad however was given lots of tips and tricks to keep my skin in good condition. Used a wowcher voucher so didn’t think I had to pay any extra however chose to have extraction for £10 but still paid £10 extra on top of that for something else I wasn’t aware of other than that I was very happy with my treatment
