Mary was very friendly and helpful as always. I didnt know what I wanted but she is always calm and efficient. I am very pleased with her work.
I will be returning when the next hair appointment is due.

Terrible experience. The colour was patchy, yellow, and my regrowth was still clearly visible. Mary promised a full refund when she couldn’t fix it, so I paid to get it corrected elsewhere. When the refund hadn’t showed up, and I followed up with her, she then backtracked and told me she only was refunding part of the service. Unprofessional and disappointing experience overall - definitely not a blonde specialist.
